Hawking Export, Universal Unstable-State Dynamics, and Operational Recovery
SCQG paper 24 of 28 This paper connects Hawking radiation and unstable-state decay to the physical operations that detect, recover and retain their information. Within Semantic Commitment Quantum Gravity (SCQG), it follows horizon geometry, field production, scattering, conserved stress-energy and metric backreaction in one coupled calculation. It gives conditions for a unique self-consistent evolution and tracks charge stored between the horizon and the radiation receiver. Recovery is tested with a specified decoding operation and a quantitative error. For decoder error ε, the recovered entanglement fidelity obeys Fₑ ≥ 1 − ε. The paper also relates horizon entropy, exterior entropy and quantum-extremal-surface reconstruction under their stated physical conditions. For unstable states, a self-adjoint Hamiltonian determines parent survival and transfer into daughter channels. The calculations include memory, reabsorption, relativistic motion, overlapping resonances, threshold structure and interference. Detector events, retained records and later reconstructions follow from the actual receiving operations. The two-photon example shows how a parent distinction can be carried entirely by correlations: either photon alone gives zero information about the chosen label, while their pair gives positive information at every nonzero visibility, including a range of separable states. A two-detector timing calculation shows how comparing existing records localizes the source event. Shared facts require physical access, comparison and maintained record support. The accompanying files provide the source, numerical methods, parameters and reproducibility checks.
