Plurality Politics and Democratic Inclusion: An Evidence from Brazilian Federalism
This approach analyses in particular the strong relationship that exist between the plurality politic and democratic inclusion, thus the federalism model represents the relevant model of administrative and political decentralization, this evidence in particular contributes significantly to enhance the high levels of political prosperity in general. Thus, the Brazilian evidence represent an relevant examples about how the federalism can enhance significantly the inclusion, therefore the democratic inclusion have in particular your respective influences, where naturally with the highest levels of democratic inclusion the politic environment contribute significantly to generate in particular good politics institutions, that in general have a strong effect on the economy and on the political scenario. For example, the recent elections in Brazil show that, the Country have a plurality based on the significant representation in parliament, where for example this evidence is naturally significantly different with the example that exist on majority Countries in developing worlds in particular, an particular example are relatively with the Democratic Republic of Congo, this Country have an high numbers of parties, however the parliament representation is naturally weak in line with examples of others Countries in developing worlds such as, Equatorial Guinea, Congo Brazzaville. Thus, when the Country has in particular a significant plurality, it means that the political institutions in general are naturally in accordance with the majority public policies implementation in particular. On the other hand, when the parliament representation is exclusively concentrated in only one part of society, therefore, means that these countries do not naturally have the relevant alignment with the political institutions that should guarantee in general the relevant and significant participation in the society. This evidence in particular diverge significantly with the example of Angola, in general, Angola have the high politic representation parliament concentration, that not guarantee and not help to contribute significantly to the inclusion politics, first, second not guarantee to generate in particular the democratic inclusion, according with evidences, the concentration politics on parliament show that the only one party have in particular significant representation, it´s naturally the MPLA, that concentrate the 56,3 seats in parliament, on the other hand, Angola, particularly have in general many parties, however these parties on majority not have naturally the parliament representation. Thus, the Brazilian examples are significant enough to show us how the parliament representation is significantly relevant to enhance the political plurality of the Country and to contribute to the high efficiency of the democratic inclusion in society. Thus, in the Brazilian example in particular, the evidence shows that 23,58% parties naturally have the seats in Parliament, reinforcing the political plurality. In comparison Brazilian evidence has in general less parliament concentration, than Angola, naturally.
