Pengembangan Materi Keamanan Informasi dan Privasi dalam Sistem Informasi Sumber Daya Manusia Digital Berbasis ADDIE

Research Aim: This study aims to develop learning material on information security and privacy in human resource information systems to support digital HRM governance. Design/Methods/Approach: This study uses a research and development approach with the ADDIE model, limited to the analysis, design, and development stages. The implementation and evaluation stages are planned for future research. Materials were collected through structured reading, concept mapping, comparative synthesis, and content organization. Research Finding: The findings show that the developed prototype integrates information security, privacy, system components, organizational roles, data flow, operational processes, control mechanisms, constraints, and sustainability into a coherent learning structure. Theoretical Contribution/Originality: This study contributes to structured learning material by positioning information security and privacy as an integrated socio-technical issue in digital HRM. Practitioner/Policy Implication: The prototype can serve as an initial reference for understanding employee data protection through access control, authentication, audit logs, data governance, and privacy-based procedures. Research Limitation: This study has not tested user acceptance or learning effectiveness. Implementation and evaluation will be conducted in future research.
