SMPDL: EC-Series Round-One Closeout Seal (Three-Target Final Adjudication + Scorecard + B1 Inversion Experiment + Full Zone-C Archive)

Corrigendum-and-republication of v5.0 (record 23685095 uploaded a truncated 22-byte archive due to a coordinator-side packaging fault; this v5.1 re-seals the intended full payload; the v5.0 record is superseded, DOIs of both remain resolvable for audit-trail integrity). Full closeout seal of the SMPDL EC-series round one, frozen at commit 2e04633 (2026-10-27). Round: 3 targets x 4 vendors = 12 main-arm blind candidates + 4 recurrence-allowed control candidates (16 total), 35 Zone-C sessions (PFE 11 + MR 12 + judgment 12). RESULTS: H-C1 confirmed (2/3 literal; alpha unanimous on guarantee/identity removals, beta unpredictable on constitutive removal); H-C2 partially confirmed in converted form with prototype refuted (bang-type marking-domain zero everywhere; local-criterion ~12/16 and criterion-characterization 4/4 -- morphology determined by removal type); H-C3 confirmed 3/3 (only full hit: modality and disposal both mirror removal type). 14 fields: 6 fulfilled + 5 partial + 2 refuted (78.6%); both refutations are the historically slowest events (52y/48y) -- blind sessions replicate the temporal boundary of historical thinkability. EC-3 (5-year span) sweeps top-three 90.1/89.0/86.9 with the round's only anchor-core mechanism arrival (C4 = Hahn-Banach 1927 controlled-extension reconstruction).
