THE ROLE OF LEGAL QUALIFICATION FOR PROSPECTIVE SPOUSES IN REDUCING FAMILY DISPUTES

Proactive measures are necessary to preserve family security, and this is achieved through the legal qualification of prospective spouses, since many of them lack sufficient awareness of the importance of the law in establishing a framework for this bond and in reducing the marital problems arising from it. Accordingly, this study addresses the importance and necessity of the legal qualification of prospective spouses and its impact on family security, given that it is the law that governs their relationship, and ignorance of the law is no excuse.
