Digital Human Resource Competency Development Strategy in Supporting Digital Transformation at PT Telkom Indonesia

This study examines digital human resource competency development disclosed in PT Telkom Indonesia's 2023–2025 Sustainability Reports using descriptive qualitative document analysis. Three employee-focused themes emerge: digital talent development, cybersecurity training and innovation culture; infrastructure and external talent initiatives provide context. Reported digital talent counts were 4,033, 4,480 and 4,279. Parent training averages were 65.16, 265.96 and 71.4 hours. In 2025, 4,817 of 4,844 cybersecurity participants passed (99.4%). These indicators document organizational effort, not independently assessed competence or program effectiveness. Differences in reporting boundaries and historical comparatives limit year-to-year inference.
