Duration-Targeted Stromal Normalization with In Situ Copper-Dithiocarbamate Complexation
This document is published to place the method described below permanently in the public domain, so that no party may obtain exclusive rights over it.It is a defensive publication. It is not a patent application, and no patent protection is sought or claimed by the author. The disclosure is made deliberately broad and deliberately specific at the same time: broad in the classes of agent, dose, schedule, route and indication it covers, and specific in enumerating discrete values within each class. Both are necessary. A disclosure that states only ranges does not anticipate a later claim to a particular value inside that range. What this document does:Describes a combination therapy hypothesis in enough detail for a person skilled in the art to carry it out.Enumerates the specific agents, doses, molar ratios, treatment windows, administration routes and tumour indications that fall within it (see the Enumeration appendix).States the expected experimental outcomes, with magnitudes and the reasoning behind them, in advance of any experiment. A result predicted in print cannot later be characterised as unexpected.Names the foreseeable variants and extensions that follow directly from it.What this document does not do:It does not report experimental results. No in vitro, in vivo or clinical data supporting the combination exists at the time of publication. It does not establish that the therapy is safe or effective. It establishes only that the idea is disclosed, dated and free.It is not clinical guidance, and nothing in it should be used to treat a patient outside a properly constituted and ethically approved trial. The intended readers are investigators who might test the hypothesis, and patent examiners assessing the novelty of any later application in this area.
