Irreducible Inviscid Singular Representation of 3D Fully Developed Turbulence, Vorton Reconnection Dynamics, and Emergent Universal Physics

This work establishes that three-dimensional incompressible turbulence is fundamentally governed not by continuous velocity fields or grid cells, but by the vorton: an irreducible, strictly divergence-free vortex dipole carrying localized vorticity with algebraic dipolar tails. When discrete vortons are aligned along space curves with spacing equal to their core radius, their overlapping tails exponentially suppress longitudinal ripples, reconstructing continuous vortex tubes with exact circulation. Because vorticity concentrates on one-dimensional filaments of Kolmogorov cross-section rather than filling three-dimensional space, the dynamical attractor dimension scales as the cube root of classical volumetric estimates. Apparent finite-time Navier–Stokes singularities are resolved as deterministic topological reconnection branch transitions that satisfy the weak formulation of the equations, transferring coherent circulation energy into decorrelated microscopic helical waves. The formulation unifies wall turbulence and plasma dynamics through geometric boundary representations. Solid no-slip walls are modeled by reflected vorton image sheets, naturally producing boundary-layer rollup, hairpin vortex lifting, and vortex ring pinch-off. In ionized fluids, rotating charges lock magnetic dipole moments directly to fluid vorticity, proving that plasma magnetic reconnection is mathematically isomorphic to hydrodynamic vorton reconnection. Furthermore, replacing partial time derivatives with convective material derivatives in an active vacuum substrate shows that quantum particles emerge as singular electromagnetic vorton carriers dressed by smooth wave-probability test envelopes. At cosmological scales, explosive three-dimensional vortex stretching requires exponential spatial expansion to maintain finite interaction energy, deriving cosmic inflation as a hydrodynamic necessity. In gravitationally bound disc galaxies, vertical gravitational modes decay exponentially, leaving a planar logarithmic field that derives flat rotation curves, the Tully–Fisher relation, and Milgrom’s acceleration constant from baryonic surface density without dark matter halos. The positive interaction energy of the expanding vorton network overcomes gravitational attraction at late times, explaining cosmic acceleration and resolving the Hubble tension. Finally, rapid inflationary expansion freezes an instantaneous non-zero skewness in primordial quantum fluctuations to account for the cosmic baryon asymmetry, while robust linear quantile metrics provide low-latency early warning of regime shifts in non-equilibrium open systems.
