Principles of True Measure: The Algorithmically Discrete Quantization of the Logistic Zeta Matrix
We unite the companion manuscripts (Calibration Theory, Unconditional Collatz via Conformal Resolution, and Riemann Zeta from 2-Adic Collatz Renormalization) into a single matrix architecture. Because the primes 2 and 3 act simultaneously as the resolution frame of refer-ence and as internal elements of $N>0$, the single-rule Collatz operator $C(x) = 3x + 2ν2(x)$ isa self-calibrated discrete quantization operator. We prove that the valuation-calibrated Collatz reference $Λ(x) = 1 − 2ν2(x)/x$, the logistic family $Lr (z) = rz(1 − z)$, the Mandelbrotquadratic family $Wcr (w) = w2 + cr with cr = r(2 − r)/4$, and the completed Riemann zeta trace $ˆΞC (z) = det(I − z2KC )$ are four projections of one underlying mathematical object. Finally, we write down the explicit self-adjoint Hilbert–Pólya matrix $HL = K−1/2$L generateddirectly from the Collatz carry-defect trace moments, recovering the nontrivial Riemann zeros(14.134725 . . . , 21.022039 . . . , 25.010857 . . . ) without inserting external zero ordinates.
