Onemolease's Economic Laws of Regenerative Economics: Formalizing Abundance Circulation as the Default State of Economic Systems

Classical economic theory is fundamentally anchored in the axiom of scarcity, positioning the laws of supply and demand as primary mechanisms for resource allocation within inherent limits. This scarcity-centric worldview has shaped centuries of economic policy and practice, often resulting in systemic extraction, environmental degradation, persistent inequality, and boom–bust volatility. Living systems, by contrast, demonstrate that true vitality arises not from rationing finite means but from continuous, reciprocal circulation that regenerates sources and multiplies regenerative surplus. This white paper formally codifies Onemolease's Economic Laws — a coherent, internally consistent framework that establishes abundance circulation as the natural default and self-reinforcing state of any viable economic system. The framework comprises four interlocking laws: the Law of Regenerative Flows, the Law of Distributed Agency, the Law of Dynamic Equilibrium, and the Law of Temporal Abundance. Each law is derived from six foundational axioms rooted in regenerative economics and complex adaptive systems thinking. Rigorous mathematical formalisms are drawn from dynamical systems theory, cooperative game theory, circular-economy modelling, network ecology (Ulanowicz ascendancy–overhead), and post-scarcity optimisation. Complete, step-by-step proofs — including equilibrium stability, Lyapunov analysis, Shapley-value core membership, Perron–Frobenius growth, bifurcation boundaries, and Pareto-dominance arguments — demonstrate the laws' universal validity and incentive compatibility. The paper states the canonical definition of the laws and their standard model representation (axiomatic, dynamical, game-theoretic, and metric). It derives the Regenerative Surplus Index (RSI) and Gross Regeneration Surplus (GRS) from the Master Document measurement framework, together with the regeneration ratio ρ, circulatory multiplier μ, polarity window Ω, and temporal dividend δ. Robust case studies and policy import are developed across aquaculture, agriculture, mining/critical minerals, and logistics. The framework is engineered for operationalisation through layered sovereign infrastructure (UMEI®): IoT/edge capture, persistent memory, orchestration agents, unbreakable identity, and participatory governance. By repositioning circulation, regeneration, and distributed agency at the core of economic reality, Onemolease's Economic Laws deliver a paradigm shift from depletion-based extraction to regenerative abundance systems. The scarcity age was design, not destiny. Abundance circulation is now formally proven and ready to be built.
