ECONOMIC-GEOGRAPHIC CHARACTERISTICS OF THE ESTABLISHMENT AND DEVELOPMENT OF SMALL INDUSTRIAL ZONES
This article provides a scientific-theoretical and practical analysis of the economic-geographical characteristics of establishing and developing small industrial zones. It examines the factors influencing the formation and spatial distribution of these zones, including transport-geographical location, labor resources and population distribution, raw material bases, engineering and communication infrastructure, and the availability of land resources. The stages of developing small industrial zones are outlined, along with the principles for their spatial placement, taking into account regional disparities.
