Large‐Time Behavior of Spherically Symmetric Navier–Stokes Equations With Temperature‐Dependent Transport Coefficients

ABSTRACT In this article, we investigate the initial‐boundary value problem for the spherically symmetric Navier–Stokes equations with temperature‐dependent transport coefficients. Under the assumption that the transport coefficients follow a power‐law dependence on temperature, we establish the existence and uniqueness of strong solutions and analyze their large‐time behavior. Furthermore, by employing time‐weighted estimates, we reduce the regularity requirements on the initial data. This work extends the results of Sun et al. to the spherically symmetric case and relaxes the regularity requirement imposed on the initial data.
