NEXUS & OtazMind: An Integrated Architecture for Sub-Second Multipath Transport Continuity, Read-Only Financial Risk Quantification, and Security-Gated Sovereign Infrastructure Automation
NEXUS & OtazMind: An Integrated Architecture for Sub-Second Multipath Transport Continuity, Read-Only Financial Risk Quantification, and Security-Gated Sovereign Infrastructure Automation Modern enterprise and sovereign infrastructures face a critical triad of operational vulnerabilities: slow inter-domain routing recovery during silent carrier brownouts (gray holes), high-noise cloud security tooling disconnected from boardroom financial risk metrics, and public-SaaS AI operations agents that violate strict national data-residency boundaries. This technical report presents the system architecture and black-box empirical verification results of the proprietary NEXUS & OtazMind Stack: (1) NEXUS Protocol and the NexusMP SDK, achieving ~125 ms live UDP socket failover and 0% packet loss across active cryptographic key rotations without third-party relay custody; (2) OtazSec Auditor, executing zero-agent, 100% read-only posture assessments in under 10 minutes with annualized USD exposure quantification; and (3) OtazMind & OtazCloud MSP, delivering Tier-5 on-premises self-healing automation governed by mandatory pre/post security gating, deterministic state rollback, and hash-chained Ed25519/HMAC cryptographic audit ledgers. Internal wire formats, cryptographic derivation schedules, scoring matrices, and execution-sandbox internals remain protected trade secrets.
