Multiscale cardiac electrophysiology: Bridging genomes to phenomes via CellML and bond graphs
Presentation from a Manaaki Manawa seminar on the theme: From genomes to phenomes.Abstract: Translating genetic variation into organism-level cardiac function requires robust, multiscale modelling frameworks. In this presentation, we will explore how coupling CellML with physics-based bond graphs enables the creation of modular, reproducible computational models to systematically map genotype-to-phenotype relationships in cardiac electrophysiology.
