INDIVIDUALIZATION OF REPETITION RUNNING EXERCISES AND DISTANCE LOADS IN DEVELOPING ENDURANCE AMONG YOUNG TRACK AND FIELD ATHLETES
This article examines the role of repeated running exercises and individualized distance loads in developing endurance among young track and field athletes. Drawing on recent scientific literature, it considers training intensity, repetition distance, recovery intervals, individual performance characteristics, and age-related development. The analysis emphasizes progressive workload management and the need to balance training effectiveness with injury prevention. The findings provide practical considerations for designing adaptable endurance-training programmes for young runners.
