The results identified 38 instances of slang categorized according to Muslich's theory: 1) acronyms (e.g., stecu, gercep, salfok); 2) abbreviations (e.g., JJ, HTS, PD); 3) contractions (e.g., bg, dah, bat); 4) clippings (e.g., melow, gemoy, bro); and 5) reversed forms (e.g., ngab). Additionally, six types of slang meanings were identified: 1) lexical meaning (espek, bro, tutor); 2) grammatical meaning (ngereog, ngeprank, bagoyang); 3) contextual meaning (anjay, confess); 4) referential meaning (warga +62); 5) denotative meaning (ngakak, alay, lebay); and 6) connotative meaning (circle, khodam, velocity). The study concludes that acronym-style slang and denotative meanings are the most frequently used forms found in the comments on the @alwifahry TikTok account.
