Energy security has always been subject to the spatial distribution of geological resources. Meanwhile, marine plankton, as the world's largest stock of primary productivity, is the material source of natural geological oil formation, but its energy value has remained at the scale of natural evolution and has not been exploited industrially. Existing microalgae energy and biodiesel technologies generally suffer from high raw material costs, low energy return ratio and lack of systematic architecture, and cannot form large-scale substitution capacity. Based on the general paradigm of multi-stage extreme niche tandem, this paper further extends it from terrestrial organic matter and solar energy fields to the development of marine primary productivity, and constructs a multi-stage cascade marine hydrocarbon generation system. Simulating the material path and evolutionary logic of geological oil formation, the system uses marine plankton as raw material and compresses the millions-of-years oil formation process under natural conditions into an industrial-scale rapid assembly line through four units: bionic filtration and enrichment, bio-prefractionation, cascade thermochemical conversion, and distillation refining. Meanwhile, a support scheme for nuclear-powered ocean-going platforms is proposed. By leveraging the characteristics of low-speed endurance and stable energy output of nuclear power, it solves the energy return bottleneck of low-density plankton enrichment and realizes energy self-sustainment throughout the collection-conversion-storage process. This paper systematically elaborates the geological and thermodynamic basis, process architecture, nuclear power adaptation mechanism and inter-stage relay logic of the system, and analyzes its impacts from three dimensions: energy autonomy, industrial upgrading and global geopolitical pattern. The study shows that the system upgrades energy production from "geological resource exploitation" to "industrial capacity manufacturing", which can realize deep decoupling between development advantages and resource advantages, and provides a brand-new technical path for industrial countries to get rid of the geopolitical dependence on fossil energy and build a distributed and sustainable liquid fuel supply system.
