SORET-INDUCED HEAT AND MASS TRANSFER IN MAGNETOHYDRODYNAMIC CASSON MULTIFLUID FLOW WITH THERMAL RADIATION

The impact of Soret effect with the heat radiation on magneto hydrodynamic (MHD) Casson multifluid flow with a homogenous chemical reaction are examined. The vertical surface of the electrically conducting, non-Newtonian fluid is thought to exhibit combined heat and mass transport effects. A conventional perturbation algorithm is invoked to non-dimensionalize and resolve the governing nonlinear equations, which include radiative heat flux, magnetic field, concentration-driven heat transfer, and reactive solutal diffusion. There are analytical solutions for the velocity fields, temperature, and concentration. The Casson parameter, chemical reaction parameter, heat radiation, and Soret effect all have an impact on the flow's transport characteristics. MATLAB is used to graphically analyse the generated solutions in order to investigate the parametric effects on all the distributions. The paper provides theoretical knowledge pertinent to the investigation of reactive radiative MHD flows in petroleum systems, polymer processing, and industrial heat- and mass-transfer applications.
