Beyond the LLM Boundary: Structural Hybrid Intelligence, Representation Barriers, and the Future of AI Architecture
A conceptual research series examining the boundaries of language-centric large language models and proposing Boundary-Aware Structural Hybrid Intelligence (BASHI). Eight papers investigate language coverage, computational representation barriers, the economics of scaling and specialization, perspective sovereignty and context ownership, structural localization–execution decoupling, CCC-native structural semantic units, a governed hybrid architecture, and open-ended structural intelligence growth. The architecture and research hypotheses are proposals for critical evaluation, not claims of empirical validation.
