Academy of Service: A Theoretical–Operational Framework for the Application of Intelligent Technologies

Abstract This paper presents a theoretical–operational framework for the application of artificial intelligence and other intelligent tools in solving people's problems. The proposed framework, called "Academy of Service," is based on the "co-evolution of human and artificial intelligence" approach, and its goal is to transform artificial intelligence from a tool for automation or human replacement into a "co-evolutionary companion" on the path to flourishing. Unlike conventional approaches that rely on complex tables, lengthy forms, and traditional methods of information acquisition, the Academy of Service replaces these methods with "interviewer, analyzer, guide, and pathfinder intelligences." This paper demonstrates how the abstract concepts of the Global Entrepreneurial Nexus Theory can be translated into an operational ecosystem including opportunity creation for wealth generation, wealth generation through effective employment, the Idea Store, the Exchange Market, interactive audio-visual platforms, skill and specialized language training, educational gamification, and the digital twin. Findings from the operational prototype indicate that the combination of "multi-model superposition," "ten-dimensional comprehensive context," and "co-evolutionary digital twin" can lead to higher response quality and greater error coverage.
