Exploratory Analysis of Survival-Associated Gene Expression Patterns in Glioblastoma Using Preranked Pathway Enrichment

Exploratory computational analysis of publicly available glioblastoma gene-expression and clinical data. The study examines associations between recorded survival duration and gene-expression patterns using gene-level correlation analysis and preranked Gene Ontology Biological Process pathway enrichment.
