Pengaruh Edukasi Berbasis Konten Media Sosial terhadap Pengetahuan dan Sikap Ibu Hamil dalam Pencegahan Depresi Postpartum di TPMB R Bojonggede
Postpartum depression is a maternal mental health problem that can negatively affect mothers, infants, and families. Adequate knowledge and positive attitudes toward postpartum depression prevention are important components of maternal mental health promotion during pregnancy. This study aimed to determine the effect of social media content-based education on the knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women regarding postpartum depression prevention at TPMB Rafika Bojonggede in 2026. This study used a pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest approach. The sample consisted of 194 second-trimester pregnant women selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected using knowledge and attitude questionnaires administered before and after the educational intervention. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test with a significance level of 0.05. The results showed an increase in the mean knowledge score from 49.04 before the intervention to 56.02 after the intervention. The mean attitude score also increased from 40.01 to 43.94. The Wilcoxon test showed a p-value of p<0.001 for both knowledge and attitude, indicating a significant difference between pretest and posttest scores. Education delivered through social media content was accompanied by improvements in pregnant women's knowledge and attitudes toward postpartum depression prevention. Social media-based education may be utilized as a promotive and preventive strategy in maternal healthcare services.
