A TaiChi Unified Field Theory-Based Motion Control Firmware for Robotics: Theoretical Architecture, Engineering Implementation, and Full-Scenario Embodied Intelligence Simulation Verification

Abstract: Traditional robotic motion control relies on algorithms like PID, whose stability is essentially "tuned." This paper proposes a TaiChi Unified Field Theory-based Motion Control Firmware (TMCF), introducing an intrinsic dynamics equation for the time-varying coupling coefficient K(t) to converge near K_0 = -omega_c, achieving "grown stability." A five-layer architecture is established, and 12 extreme-condition simulations are conducted on a lightweight mobile C++/HTML5 engine. Results show: K-convergence sinusoidal tracking RMSE is 0.0063 rad (approx. 3.5 times better than PID); the system triggers phase transition 2.5 meters early using only 3D point cloud grid entropy; it predicts danger 1.5 seconds in advance; and it implements a "one-vote veto" over physical hallucination commands from upper-level LLMs. This provides a new paradigm for eliminating AI hallucinations and building AGI with physical common sense.
