Structural changes in the sector of small forms of agricultural management in the Krasnodar Territory

The article examines the structural changes in the sector of small forms of agricultural management in the Krasnodar Territory. The role of peasant farms, individual entrepreneurs, private subsidiary farms and small organizations in the development of the regional agro-industrial complex is shown. Special attention is paid to the state of the land base, the dynamics of acreage and the change in the number of small businesses. It is noted that while maintaining a significant proportion of agricultural land, there is a reduction in the number of individual farms and a simultaneous increase in the average size of land plots. This indicates the consolidation of the farming sector and the concentration of land resources. It is concluded that it is necessary to support small business forms, develop cooperation and increase the efficiency of using the region's land potential, taking into account modern economic conditions and food security challenges.
