Hunting-informed prioritization identifies global hotspots for wildlife conservation under the 30×30 target
Summary This repository contains the R scripts and supplementary data associated with the paper Global consensus and regional divergence in 30×30 pantropical priorities for hunting-vulnerable tropical species. This repo contains the R scripts used during the study, including Summary_Script, the main script to run for reproducing the shareable outputs and intermediate products. Data sharing and CARE Principles All information related to Indigenous Peoples land mapping was discarded in agreement with the CARE Principles for data sharing. These data and all associated codes are therefore not included in the repository, and no derived files provided here should be interpreted as redistributing that restricted information. ZENODO Limitations Since Zenodo imposes limits on the number of files and available storage space, the complete reproducible workflow is not available here; however, it can be shared upon request by contacting the first author. This study was supported by the EVAHUNT project (ref. CNS2023-144631) funded by the MCIN/AEI/10.13039/501100011033 and the EU (“NextGenerationEU”/PRTR).
