ENHANCING THE ROLE OF ENTERPRISE VALUATION, CORPORATE GOVERNANCE, AND FINANCIAL TRANSPARENCY IN ATTRACTING FOREIGN INVESTMENT
This study examines how enterprise valuation, corporate governance, and financial transparency jointly influence foreign investment attraction. It develops an integrated analytical framework combining discounted cash flow valuation, relative valuation, governance assessment, and disclosure quality. Uzbekistan provides the institutional context, supported by official enterprise statistics and national investment legislation. The analysis demonstrates that reliable valuation and transparent reporting can reduce information asymmetry, improve investor confidence, and strengthen access to international capital. The study proposes a practical framework for integrating financial, governance, and transparency indicators into investment-readiness assessments.
