THE FOUNDATION : On the Taalabi & LLM-DIPLOMAT Body of Work — What Exists, Where It Is, and What It Does Not Claim
This document is not an argument. It is a map. A body of work exists: a deterministic AI standard, a public reference implementation, adomain application map, a civilization framework, and a corpus of 300+ dated, resolvable papers. Each artifact is public. Each is licensed Apache-2.0. Each can be inspected, forked,or refuted by anyone with a browser. This paper states what exists, where to find it, what each piece is for, and — in the corpus'sown discipline — what it does not claim. It contains no forecasts, no metrics that are notalready de-rated elsewhere, and no assertions about adoption. The purpose is narrow: a reader who encounters any single paper should be able to locate the rest. A corpus that cannot be navigated is a pile. This document is the index.
