Adaptability Analysis of Japan's Triple Dilemma of Energy-Industry-Environment and the Multi-Stage Cascade Utilization Paradigm, with Stage Evolution Predictions
Against the backdrop of rising global energy prices driven by geopolitical conflicts and tightening marine environmental regulations, Japan is trapped in a typical "stock dilemma of a highly constrained economy": its energy security is extremely dependent on external supply, traditional advantageous industries face soaring tail-end compliance costs, and land and environmental constraints are continuously shrinking waste disposal space. The cascade utilization paradigm of multi-stage extreme niche tandem is essentially an incremental optimization scheme that "does not subvert the existing system, only taps long-tail value, and improves efficiency through a full closed loop". It is highly consistent with Japan's resource endowment, industrial structure, policy orientation and social consensus. It is not a vague technical concept, but a feasible solution that precisely addresses its practical pain points.
