This document registers the hypotheses, variables, analysis models and decision rules for a single-cohort observational study of a fully online synchronous flipped dental course («Community Oral Health», Seoul National University School of Dentistry, 2026 fall semester, about 90 students, sessions in weeks 10, 11 and 13). It was written on 26 October 2026, before the first session on 2 November 2026, and no response data had been collected or viewed at the time of writing. The item banks for the week-10 session were frozen on 25 October 2026 and are identified by SHA-256 hashes in the document. Any later change will be released as a new version with a dated change log. The study makes no causal or effectiveness claims. Written informed consent for research use will be collected by a third party after grades are finalized (IRB approval no. S-D20260016).
