Transformasi Motivasi Penginjilan melalui Pemuridan Misi Kontekstual pada Anggota Community of Love (COOL)

The Community of Love (COOL) cell group experienced stagnation in both qualitative and quantitative growth due to the low motivation of members to engage in evangelism, which subsequently hindered group multiplication. This community service activity aimed to transform the evangelistic motivation of COOL members through a contextual mission discipleship approach that is relevant to the surrounding social context. The program involved twelve COOL members who had participated in the cell group for at least six months and was implemented over a three-month period (October–December 2025). The method applied community organizing strategies through three structured phases: theological equipping, contextual mission implementation, and reflective evaluation. Data were obtained through participatory observation, group reflection, and behavioral analysis of members’ engagement during the program. The results indicate a significant transformation in members’ perspectives and behaviors toward evangelism. Evangelism was no longer perceived as a confrontational activity but as a form of social presence expressed through relational engagement and practical acts of care. Members demonstrated increased courage, initiative, and responsibility in initiating contextual spiritual dialogues within the community. Furthermore, the emergence of local leadership potential among members reflects the sustainability of the discipleship model and supports future cell group multiplication. This activity concludes that contextual mission discipleship is an effective strategy for fostering social transformation, strengthening the outward orientation of cell groups, and enhancing the mission-driven growth of the church.
