Permainan Bahasa Wittgenstein Dalam Humor Alwi Makassar Pada Acara Somasi Community

Humor in stand-up comedy often involves complex language games. This article aims to analyze the formation of humor in Alwi Makassar's stand-up comedy through Ludwig Wittgenstein's perspective on language games. By integrating the philosophy of language and linguistic analysis, this study demonstrates that humor in Alwi Makassar's stand-up comedy can be understood as a result of manipulating context, ambiguity of meaning, and violations of expectations. This research employs a qualitative approach with intertextual analysis, linking the utterance context with external events that support humor formation in the stand-up comedy performance. The data consists of humorous transcripts from Alwi Makassar's stand-up comedy shows, analyzed using Wittgenstein's concept of language games. The findings of this analysis are expected to provide theoretical contributions to humor studies in linguistics and the philosophy of language.
