SILENT COLLABORATION: SINERGI GURU, KEPALA SEKOLAH, DAN PENGAWAS DALAM MONITORING DAN PEMBINAAN KURIKULUM

ABSTRACT The transition of curriculum policies requires educational units to translate regulations adaptively through working relations that transcend structural bureaucratic barriers. This study explores the forms of implicit synergy among teachers, principals, and school supervisors in managing the cycle of curriculum monitoring and guidance within schools. Employing a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical design, data were gathered through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and document analysis involving key informants selected via purposive sampling. All findings were validated through source and technique triangulation, then examined using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. Empirical findings reveal that the effectiveness of curriculum adaptation does not rely on rigid administrative control, but is driven by silent collaboration—an implicit cooperative pattern established through daily communication, informal coordination, and reflective dialogue. This synergy successfully transforms mechanical supervisory functions into a humanistic shared learning space to resolve instructional challenges. The novelty contribution of this study lies in proving that learning quality enhancement is organically driven by participatory and sustainable daily interactions among educational stakeholders.
