The Apex of Physical Intelligence: Re-Defining the Japanese Kei Car as a Deterministic Cabin-Enclosed Exoskeleton under the Carreyrou Horizon and Edge-AI Thermodynamic Constraints
In early 2026, the prevailing Silicon Valley dogma of unconstrained digital scaling laws (Scaling Laws) collided with two insurmountable boundaries: the statutory and copyright barrier established by investigative journalist John Carreyrou's class-action litigation against frontier AI developers (the Carreyrou Horizon), and the thermodynamic and latency barrier of cloud-hosted Large Language Models (LLMs). Concurrently, Google DeepMind CEO Sir Demis Hassabis projected an imminent 18-to-24-month breakthrough in Physical Intelligence—an "AlphaFold moment for robotics" requiring embodied systems capable of real-time Newtonian perception, inference, and actuation. This monograph demonstrates that the optimal hardware realization of Physical Intelligence is neither a cloud-tethered humanoid android nor a two-ton battery-electric SUV, but rather the Japanese Kei Car (Keijidosha) statutory standard (L <= 3.40 m, W <= 1.48 m, Vd <= 660 cc). Synthesizing Carreyrou's philosophical mandate for Physical Restitution with Hassabis's embodied AI architecture, we formalize the Kei Car as an Inhabitable Service Robot and Cabin-Enclosed Exoskeleton. Rejecting speculative financialized conglomerate intermediaries, we construct a rigorous thermodynamic and boundary-constrained packaging optimization model, integrate Sony's intelligent CMOS edge vision sensors with sovereign deterministic ASICs and Hasebe et al.'s lifecycle maintainability engineering, and embed the entire vehicular actuation stack within a deterministic Zero-Knowledge Virtual Machine (QFS-zkVM) over the 64-bit Goldilocks prime field (Fp, p = 2^64 - 2^32 + 1) governed by RTO P2.0, Q-SAFA, PHOENIX_BRIDGE / PHOENIX_ROUTER, and Human-in-Command (HIC) constitutional interlocks.
