COOPERATIVE LEARNING AND COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE IN ENGLISH LESSONS
In today's globalized world, the purpose of foreign language teaching extends beyond helping learners acquire grammatical rules and vocabulary. It is equally important for learners to communicate confidently in English, express their ideas clearly, listen to others, and respond appropriately in different communicative situations. Therefore, the development of communicative competence is one of the key priorities of English language education. The use of cooperative learning strategies offers valuable pedagogical opportunities for achieving this objective.
