New ADC Approaches Aim to Broaden Target Coverage

The antibody-drug conjugate field is increasingly looking to go after more than one target at a time. Preliminary efficacy data suggest that B7-H3-targeting elfetabart drozuntecan plus the PD-L1-VEGF-A bispecific pumitamig could be a potential combination strategy. As well, two bispecific ADCs, respectively targeting EGFR-c-MET and EGFR-B7-H3, appear active against multiple solid tumor types.

Abstract

The antibody-drug conjugate field is increasingly looking to go after more than one target at a time. Preliminary efficacy data suggest that B7-H3-targeting elfetabart drozuntecan plus the PD-L1-VEGF-A bispecific pumitamig could be a potential combination strategy. As well, two bispecific ADCs, respectively targeting EGFR-c-MET and EGFR-B7-H3, appear active against multiple solid tumor types.
