Analisis Dampak Rekonfigurasi Jaringan dan Penambahan Penyulang terhadap Perbaikan Profil Tegangan Sistem Distribusi 20 KV
The 20 kV electrical distribution system plays a vital role in delivering electrical energy to consumers. However, uneven load growth may lead to voltage profile degradation and voltage drops exceeding the allowable standard. In the 20 kV distribution system of PT PLN (Persero) ULP Sungai Jawi, the Rengas Feeder experiences a high loading level, resulting in poor voltage quality. To address this issue, network reconfiguration and the addition of new feeders were proposed to improve the system's voltage performance. This study aims to analyze the voltage profile and voltage drop of the existing distribution system and evaluate the effectiveness of network reconfiguration and feeder addition using the Newton-Raphson load flow method and DIgSILENT PowerFactory simulation under peak load conditions. The results indicate that, under the existing condition, the Rengas Feeder experiences a voltage drop of 5.28%, exceeding the 5% limit specified in SPLN No. 72 of 1987. After the addition of the Alkadrie and Hasanudin Feeders and the implementation of network reconfiguration, the receiving-end voltage of the Rengas Feeder increased from 18.94 kV to 19.76 kV, while the voltage drop decreased from 5.10% to 1.20%. In addition, the feeder loading was reduced from 8.59 MW to 1.94 MW, resulting in a more balanced load distribution. These findings demonstrate that network reconfiguration and feeder addition effectively improve the voltage profile, reduce voltage drop, and enhance the performance of the 20 kV distribution system at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Sungai Jawi.
