CODEX RERUM -- Treatise on Universal Logic and the Engineering of Persistence

This work formalizes the foundations of Universal Logic through the development of a closed metasystem designated as Codex Rerum, aimed at resolving systemic and computational fallacies inherited from classical algebra and reductionist computing architectures. It is demonstrated how the act of sampling executed by discrete human interfaces—specifically the semantic channel of the word and the algebraic channel of the number—inflicts an irreversible depauperization upon the original Entity, introducing discontinuities ("aliasing/staircase effects") alien to the analog continuum of Natural Truth. To prevent the generation of infinite and intrinsically incomplete computational flows (decimal periodic numbers), the principle of Native Persistence is applied directly to silicon. This paper comprehensively describes the logical-hardware architecture of a Relationally Persistent Logic-Algebraic Unit (ALU-PR) structured upon four operational stages. The unit implements an immediate decay postulate of the operator in the event of a division by zero (E / 0 = E), thereby ensuring the stationary permanence of the Entity. Through the segregation of data flows into two independent bus channels, fractional relations are isolated and preserved in their Pure Form as protected denominators within a Relational Persistence Register (RRP). The computational synthesis (commit) is deferred exclusively to the termination of the process, yielding an output formulated as a decimal-base Natural Formula, immune to descriptive aliasing and preserved in its absolute ontic exactness. Abstract

Epistemological Expansion and Future Volumes This volume establishes the closed mathematical root of the Codex Rerum. By identifying how protocols like the IEEE 754 standard pignorate the natural continuum through truncation errors, this framework dismantles the institutional mechanisms that leverage computational residues to manufacture synthetic epistemological enigmas: In Theoretical Physics (Volume 2): Decostrucing asymptotic computational voids (e.g., black hole singularities) promoted to invisible fetishes such as "Dark Matter" or "Dark Energy" to sustain failing mathematical models. In Medical Forensics (Volume 3): Dismantling the reductionist isolation of serum markers or discrete symptoms elevated to autonomous nosological entities, which systematically conceals the disruption of the colloidal terrain, the citrate cycle blockade, and cryptic mycobacterial L-form infections.
