An Explanation of 'Singularity-Free Gravitational Collapse via Dynamic Mass Transduction in Extended Classical Mechanics (ECM)' — Part II

This explanatory paper as Part-2 of the previous paper 'Singularity-Free Gravitational Collapse via Dynamic Mass Transduction in Extended Classical Mechanics (ECM)' — Part II brings together three related texts into one coherent account of gravitational collapse within Extended Classical Mechanics (ECM). It develops the framework's latent, phase, and manifested state descriptions; the phase-state accounting term Mᵃᵖᵖ = −ΔPEᴇᴄᴍ; the effective-mass relation Mᵉᶠᶠ = Mᴍ + (−Mᵃᵖᵖ); and reverse entropic transformation from manifested matter and kinetic-energy contributions towards latent potential energy. It also explains the Planck-threshold manifestation, phase–frequency correspondence, the proposed finite manifested boundary, and the role of angular momentum in a rotating system. Within ECM, singularity avoidance is interpreted as a change of physical-state description rather than an inevitable continuation towards infinite concentration of manifested matter. The purpose of this paper is to clarify the relationships among these ECM concepts and equations.
