Paper 175C An Independent BAO Prediction and Measurement Program
The BAO prediction task is now specified as an independent calibration and source-populationproblem followed by the actual observation response. For the explicitly proposed conservativeinventory–storage host, two spectral branches and one signed static response identify a set ofparameter combinations and supply two exact algebraic consistency relations. The coupled rotor’smeasured spectral weights must satisfy independent curvature and static-response moments. Ahost screening length and a source acoustic inverse-frequency length yield a dimensionless ratioindependent of a common lattice-length or clock normalization, while covariance propagation retainscorrelated calibration uncertainties. An earlier BOSS DR12 matched-window calibration and frozenvalidation was executed for a different phase-impulse family and remains inconclusive; it does not fixthe native source population, baryon identity or an absolute ruler. This paper distinguishes thatconditional test from the physical measurements required for an independently specified astronomicalprediction. Native FCC quartic anisotropy and a conditional two-measurement dimensional inversionsharpen the independent-scale requirement but provide no observed calibration.
