Vanilla shenzhenica var. fujianica

Vanilla shenzhenica var. fujianica is a subtropical orchid species with limited mitochondrial genomic information, restricting our understanding of mitochondrial genome evolution in Vanilla. Here, we assembled and characterized the first mitochondrial genome of V. shenzhenica var. fujianica and investigated its structural organization and sequence sharing with the chloroplast and nuclear genomes.
