JUSTIFICATION OF THE CHOICE OF FIRE TANKER TRUCKS WITH A LADDER BASED ON THE CALCULATION OF A GENERALIZED EFFICIENCY INDICATOR

The article proposes a method for calculating the generalized efficiency indicator of fire tanker trucks with a ladder, designed to make a reasonable choice of equipment when equipping fire protection units. The technique combines dimensional analysis and Buckingham's π-theorem, expert ranking of technical parameters, and fuzzy modeling based on the Mamdani inference system in MATLAB. Dimensionless complex indicators of the chassis, pumping unit and ladder equipment were formed, the weighting coefficients of nineteen parameters were determined and the weighted average estimates of ten samples of ACL were calculated. It has been established that the ACL has the highest integral efficiency.-6,0-50/4-18 on the URAL 4320, 6x6 chassis. The results obtained can be used in the procurement and re-equipment of Russian Emergencies Ministry units. The proposed approach increases the reliability of comparative assessment and supports management decision-making.
