ECOLOGICAL GROUPS OF NEMATODES FOUND IN THE ROOTS AND RHIZOSPHERE OF DOG ROSE (ROSA CANINA L.) UNDER THE CONDITIONS OF THE SURKHANDARYA REGION
The ecological groups of nematodes associated with the roots and rhizosphere soil of dog rose (Rosa canina L.) in Surkhandarya Region were analyzed. The underlying study recorded 45 species from 150 plant and 150 soil samples. The assemblage was classified into pararhizobionts (8 species), eusaprobionts (5), devisaprobionts (11), mycohelminths (9), and parasitic phytohelminths (12). The composition of these ecological groups and their relevance to the characterization of root-associated and rhizosphere nematode communities are discussed. Occurrence of nematodes is distinguished from experimental evidence of plant damage.
