E8 Phi-Syndrome Phase Principle — E8 Intelligence Research
The E8 Phi-Syndrome Phase Principle proposes encoding a signal sampled against a 132 Hz reference as phases on the 240 E8 roots, with φ coupling each root to its Weyl-reflected partner. Since the roots form 120 opposite pairs, coherent drift produces a rank-constrained 120-mode syndrome, while local faults break pair parity and acquire a distinct geometric signature. Mapping these syndromes onto the Leech lattice's 196,560 minimal vectors yields a testable reconstruction rule: a disturbance is recoverable when its phase pattern lies in the Weyl-invariant subspace selected by the φ-coupled root pairs.
