Giant Central Ossifying Fibroma of the Anterior Maxilla and Maxillary Sinus With Orbital Floor Extension: A Case Report
A 25-year-old woman presented with a giant conventional ossifying fibroma of the anterior maxilla extending into the maxillary sinus and elevating the orbital floor. Complete intraoral enucleation preserved the lateral incisor. Histopathology confirmed conventional ossifying fibroma. No recurrence occurred at 12 months, supporting conservative treatment in carefully selected, well-circumscribed lesions.
