Pendampingan Guru Madrasah dalam Penyusunan Instrumen Penilaian Pembelajaran Berbasis Kurikulum 2013

Madrasah, as an Islamic educational institution, is expected to balance science, technology, and religion. Improving teachers' roles and abilities as educational instruments is crucial to achieving academic goals. The 2013 curriculum has the advantage of developing creative and innovative students, so teachers' attitudes and awareness regarding the assessment instrument design system within the educational evaluation process are needed. Without designing an assessment instrument for teacher evaluation, good learning objectives will not be achieved. One obstacle for madrasah teachers in designing learning instrument assessments is the low attitude and limited awareness of improving educational evaluation skills. The purpose of the study was to examine changes in teachers' attitudes and awareness regarding the design of learning assessment instruments aligned with the 2013 curriculum at the Al Falah Andamui Elementary Madrasah (Madrasah Ibtidaiyah) in Serang City. The study used a qualitative case study approach in the empowerment program, with three stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The study showed the success of mentoring madrasah teachers in designing learning instrument assessments, with at least 70% participant attendance, positive category responses on the questionnaire, and teacher competencies and skills reaching at least 70%. Reflected by a change in attitude and positive awareness of design and implementation, both in theory and practice, based on the 2013 curriculum. The study implies that the more positive the attitudes and understanding of madrasah teachers in designing learning assessment instruments, the stronger the learning evaluation system will be based on the 2013 curriculum.
