The Book of Truth: Omega XV — Finite-to-Living Continuity Architecture, Boundary Mathematics, Generative Distinction, and Executable Recoverability Systems

The Book of Truth: Omega XV presents an interdisciplinary research corpus and executable reference architecture for the systematic examination of existence, distinction, identity, provenance, evidence, consent, artificial intelligence, institutional responsibility, ecological protection, temporal continuity, irreversibility, and recoverability. Developed within the Boundary and Continuity Science research program, the publication investigates how finite information systems can be formally defined, examined, preserved, and extended into evolving systems capable of registering new evidence, detecting relevant changes, reassessing decisions, and maintaining continuity across successive states. The work integrates philosophical and mathematical foundations with computational methods, proposed ethical safeguards, institutional accountability principles, and operational models for rights-preserving decisions. Foundational structure The framework identifies nine foundational families: Ontology and existence. Identity and provenance. Evidence and epistemic verification. Consent, autonomy, and authorization. Artificial intelligence and computational systems. Institutions, governance, and diplomacy. Ecology and protection of living systems. Temporality, irreversibility, and recoverability. Recursive governance and accountability. These foundations are examined through nine operational phases: definition, observation, distinction, authentication, authorization, action, monitoring, repair, and reassessment. Nine-direction expansion The research applies nine analytical directions: inward, outward, upward, downward, lateral, backward, forward, adversarial, and recursive. Omega XV organizes these directions into a five-axis Cartesian examination registry incorporating direction, foundation, operational phase, affected subject, and failure mode. The resulting finite model contains 59,049 structured examination combinations. This enumeration provides an organized examination space and does not constitute 59,049 independently validated scientific or engineering findings. Mathematical and computational architecture The publication develops a distinction between finite structural closure and continuous system evolution. It incorporates 81 foundation specifications, 81 capability specifications, a directional review register, admissibility procedures, reference decision logic, integrity verification, audit records, and a state-transition approach to evidence and recovery. The proposed living-system sequence progresses through capture, attribution, examination, evidence sufficiency or uncertainty, human review, lawful application, monitoring, and correction or reopening. Historical evidence is preserved without automatically being treated as proof of present conditions. Unknown information is not interpreted as affirmative consent or authorization. Generated representations are distinguished from original identities, and copied sources are not automatically considered independent corroboration. Executable reference system The accompanying archive contains Python reference software with a local browser interface, corpus-related functions, decision checks, audit mechanisms, integrity procedures, and optional scholarly research connectors. The research interfaces support opt-in metadata queries through OpenAlex and Crossref. Network operations are disabled by default and require explicit activation. The software is not represented as a production-certified legal, clinical, governmental, autonomous, or continuously operating monitoring system. Six automated local reference tests are recorded as passing. Source continuity and corpus preservation Omega XV preserves the preceding Omega XIV master archive without modifying its contents. Earlier research editions and associated materials remain available through the nested predecessor archive structure. The edition includes a preservation manifest, structured CSV registries, executable scripts, research manuscript, test results, and machine-readable closure certificate. Threshold Non-Circular Separate Final Closure The framework introduces a bounded closure methodology that distinguishes exhaustive examination of a declared finite structure from unsupported claims of universal completeness. A distinction is retained when it materially changes a protected interest, evidence requirement, legitimate authority, timing obligation, accountability condition, remedy, or recoverable successor outcome. Repetitive formulations without a material operational difference are excluded. Closure is reopened when new evidence, counterexamples, failed safeguards, legal changes, consent limitations, overlooked dependencies, or materially different recovery pathways emerge. Limitations The research does not claim to establish complete knowledge of reality, universal mathematical proof, legal enforceability across jurisdictions, production-ready global monitoring, independent real-world effectiveness, or possession of all possible historical and future source materials. Native operating-system installers, comprehensive nested-document indexing, production network validation, independent scientific and legal review, and institutional deployment remain open implementation obligations. Contribution Omega XV provides a preserved finite corpus, an executable reference implementation, an explicit model for evolving evidentiary and operational states, and a structured method for recording both closure and reopening conditions. Its central proposition is that continuity should preserve distinguishable origins, accountable decisions, legitimate authority, and recoverable future possibilities without confusing generated claims with verified knowledge. Research classification: Interdisciplinary research corpus, mathematical and computational reference framework, structured datasets, and experimental software. Validation status: Bounded structural enumeration and local reference testing; independent real-world validation remains open.
