Integrated Digital Marketing Campaign Planning, Execution and Optimization in a Technology Enterprise: A Descriptive Case Study of Foster AI Technologies
Digital marketing has become an important mechanism through which technology enterprises communicate complex offerings, build brand visibility, attract relevant audiences and generate business enquiries. This paper examines the planning, execution and optimization of integrated digital marketing activities at FosterAI Technologies, a technology-focused organisation whose offerings include AI, cloud, software and enterprise solutions. The study is based on an on-the-job training engagement conducted from 13 July to 13 October 2026 and focuses on seven connected workstreams: search engine optimisation (SEO), social media marketing (SMM), content creation, email marketing, digital advertising, campaign management and web analytics. A descriptive case-study approach is used to organise internship observations, workstream records, campaign documentation and the theoretical concepts identified in the underlying MBA project. The analysis emphasises the relationship between channel activity and the customer journey, rather than treating individual metrics as independent indicators of success. The documented observations suggest that search intent and content relevance are important for organic discovery; service-specific and problem-oriented communication is more useful than generic promotional messaging; paid campaign efficiency depends partly on the alignment between advertisements and destination pages; and email relevance and call-to-action design affect engagement. Keywords: digital marketing; technology enterprise; campaign optimization; search engine optimization; social media marketing; web analytics; lead generation; case study
