FUNDAMENTAL PRINCIPLES OF LABOUR LAW IN AZERBAIJAN
This article examines the fundamental principles of labor law established in Article 2 of the 1999 Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Using normative, doctrinal, and comparative legal methods, it analyzes four core principles and their implementation through provisions on equality, non-discrimination, forced labor, labor dispute resolution, freedom of association, social partnership, and collective self-governance. The study also assesses the alignment of Article 2 with the 1998 ILO Declaration.
