DPSPs in India: Premises vs. Promises
This research paper examines how far Articles 38, 41 and 47 of the Indian Constitution have turned the welfare state ideal into reality. It analyses social justice, employment and public health, highlights implementation gaps such as inequality and malnutrition, and recommends practical policy measures to strengthen welfare delivery and accountability.
