Their agreement with empirical values is predominantly at the sub-percent level, with several reaching 0.1% or substantially better.A natural-unit representation separates dimensional scale from dimensionless Structural content and reveals a recurrent mathematical substrate built principally from π, e, and small integer factors. The resulting network connects quantities conventionally assigned to electromagnetic, quantum, gravitational, atomic, particle, nuclear, and metrological domains. The framework intersects several unresolved questions in contemporary physics, including the origin of the fine-structure constant, the status of G, quantum gravity, particle-mass hierarchies, free parameters of the Standard Model, fine-tuning, the cosmological constant, and the measurement problem. Most individual relations considered are known or algebraically equivalent to known relations; the proposed novelty lies in their organization into a common closure network and in the persistence of its dimensionless structure across different representations. The primary falsifiable prediction is ν_zp ≈ 0.0605390 Hz. An independent metrological realization of this scale, obtained without using G or the closure relation in the inference chain, would provide a direct experimental test of the framework and, if confirmed, an alternative frequency-based route to the gravitational constant.

Abstract

This paper develops Anton Bopp’s unpublished unitary framework within contemporary physics and examines its implications for the relational organization of fundamental constants, gravitation, and electron structure. At its core is a dimensionless closure condition linking the five constants {e_c, m_e, h, c, G} and selecting a characteristic zero-point frequencyν_zp ≈ 0.0605390 Hz.The closure defines the electron–gravitational dimensionless constantα_eG = e_c/(m_e√G) ≈ 2.04098 × 10²¹and is linked within the framework to the Structural fine-structure constantα_πe = 1/(16πe) ≈ 1/136.636.The electron is interpreted as a dynamically stabilized electromagnetic structure of finite spatial extent at the radiation–matter boundary rather than as a primitive point particle. Within this construction, quantities derived from α_πe, π, e, small integers, and ν_zp include representations of hadron masses, the proton–electron mass ratio, nuclear mass defects, the proton–neutron magnetic-moment ratio, and a frequency analogue of Avogadro’s number.
